Here is what we believe it will take to be a top Roofing Salesperson

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Consulting with business owners & property managers on what the best solution is for their roofs.
• Generate 40% of your own leads.
• Input sold contracts into the CRM system and review sold projects with the production team.
• Annually checking in with previous clients to see how we can best serve them.

Here's the skinny on the pay and benefits.

Pay is provided with a base salary (adjusted annually based on sales performance) plus commission and bonuses. Commission is based on the sold price, not the net profit. Reasonable expectations for pay are:

• Rookie with potential: $60-80,000
• Professional Sales with Construction Experience : $80-$110,000
• Rock Star Salesman: $115,00-$150,000

After short waiting periods - you will become eligible for the following benefits. Waiting periods will be determined by the date of hire and employment regulations, many start at 90 days.
